From hairstylist to mental health and addiction counsellor, Carole Lafleur Lambert has a dedicated history of working with others to explore healing through creativity. Channelling her strength in sewing, knitting, and crocheting, she has been creating upcycled pieces for nearly twenty years while actively supporting local charities, including yearly donations of knitted and crocheted hats and scarves for those who are homeless and  in need.
